Track record
Two mandates, one discipline.
Align technology to institutional strategy, secure real executive sign-off, then deliver it in phases people can actually absorb — in a university, and in global enterprise.
I own the University's institution-wide OneDigital Program — the strategy spanning Academic ERP, Student Information Systems, and LMS modernization across academic, research, finance, HR, and admissions.
I chair executive governance forums with the Vice Chancellor/Provost's Office, CFO, Registrar, and Deans, converting institutional priorities into a phased roadmap with sign-off on integration, user experience, and automation — while leading the migration of legacy Student Information Systems, Finance, and LMS platforms with minimal disruption to academic operations. I also lead the University's AI strategy end to end: from the discovery above, through agentic AI proofs-of-concept for the student lifecycle, to the institutional data governance and accreditation-compliance frameworks that make the roadmap safe to execute.
Over a decade, I progressed from Senior Consultant to Head of Transformation & Service Excellence, leading successive enterprise-wide ServiceNow/ITSM transformation programs for a global telecommunications enterprise.
That included a full legacy Remedy-to-ServiceNow migration, alongside ITOM/GRC deployments and Splunk/CMDB integrations, owned end-to-end from strategy through governance, execution, and stabilization. I built and led cross-functional transformation teams of 50+ professionals, directed vendor management and commercial solutioning for programs valued at $10M–$50M, and modernized legacy managed-service platforms to ITIL and compliance standards.
